Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

A 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.  Shipping costs are never refunded unless the item is damaged or shipping was our error.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.  You must receive a RMA number before shipping item/s back.  This RMA number must be written on the outside of the package.  If this number is not written or visible your package will be returned.


  • Most of our products are in stock in our warehouse and shipped within 2-3 business days.

  • Your order will be assigned a tracking number and it can be tracked via the USPS website at or UPS. You will be emailed a confirmation that your order has shipped along with the tracking number.  You can also log into your account to view the tracking number.
  • Orders placed after 12 pm mountain time will be shipped the following day.  We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays.  Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday.
  • Shipments to PO boxes will not be deliverable by UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air. Only select Regular Shipping if you are looking to get a package delivered to a PO box. For anything other than "Regular Shipping" you must use a physical address.
  • *2nd Day and Next day orders placed after 12:00 noon (MST) on Friday will not ship until the following Monday. No Saturday Delivery.
  • All items are located at one warehouse.  Multiple shipments are rare but if they do happen the customer only pays shipping for one item.  The rest of the order would be shipped free of charge.
  • If an item is shipped and is the wrong item from what was ordered will be returned at no cost to the customer.  We will issue a RMA and a return label.  We will ship out the correct item at no additional shipping costs.
  • We can ship to virtually any address in the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii additional shipping charges will apply. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to USA addresses in certain states.  Prohibited by your states laws.
  •  When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
  • Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
